This seminar includes a Vegetation Management 101 component for both new and established practitioners, a discussion of the new Self Assessable Codes and Accepted Development Vegetation Clearing Codes, and a review of Fairmont Group Pty Ltd v Moreton Bay Regional Council [2018] QPEC 20 and recent legislative amendments arising from the commencement of the Vegetation Management and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (Qld).

Sarah Macoun will discuss the Planning and Environment Court’s recent decision of Fairmont Group Pty Ltd v Moreton Bay Regional Council [2018] QPEC 20 and the legal implications of the recent commencement of the highly publicised Vegetation Management and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (Qld).
