Weight in the decision making process

The focus of this seminar is about the weight to be given to various matters in the decision-making process.

Judge Williamson KC will talk about the weight to be given to matters in the assessment against the planning scheme in force.

James Lyons KC will talk about matters related to draft, amended, and replaced planning schemes.  In particular, the focus will be upon practical considerations when a party is asking the Court to give weight to such a document.
