QELA Annual General Meeting 2026

The Queensland Environmental Law Association Incorporated (QELA) invites all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting, to be held 5.30pm, 8 September 2026 in person or via live stream. 

 The business to be conducted at the QELA Annual General Meeting 2026 is:

1. Open, Apologies and Proxy Appointments
2. Confirmation of the minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2025
   1. Business arising from Annual General Meeting 2025
3. President’s Report
4. Treasurer’s report with presentation of the 2025-2026 Financial Statements.
   1. Presenting and receiving of the audited Financial Statements for the
      2025-2026 financial year.
5. Appointment of the Auditor for 2026-2027 financial year.
6. Appointment of the 2026-2027 Management Committee.
7. General Business
   1. Items from the floor for inclusion in agenda of next general meeting

All members and their guests are welcome to attend, however only current financial members are eligible to vote.
