Preparing for Court is a core part of working in the Planning and Environment Court jurisdiction. Preparation is key to barristers and solicitors appearing themselves in court, and for solicitors instructing counsel. The preparation required for a review by the Court or a lengthy hearing is different due to the nature of the work.
