QELA, together with the Queensland Law Society and the Queensland Bar Association, invites the profession to the next instalment of seminars on the recently released Planning and Environment Court Practice Directions.

This seminar will involve a more detailed examination of particular matters covered in Practice Direction 3 of 2023, including issues in dispute and which hearing stream is applicable.
