This seminar provides an overview of the current state of play for the policy and statutory framework facilitating residential growth across Queensland, with a particular focus on the response by Economic Development Queensland at a State level and Brisbane City Council at the local government level. The topics will explore the strategic settings, available delivery mechanisms and emerging reforms shaping residential development.
