Inside the Expert Process is a panel discussion with five well-regarded practitioners sharing their opinions and learnings on being an expert within the Planning and Environment Court.

Collectively, our panellists have over 100 years' professional experience and over 40 years experience undertaking expert witness work.  

Our panellist will share their views and lessons on:

• The process of providing expert evidence;  
• Preparing joint expert reports;
• How to best present expert evidence in Court; and
• Meeting expectations and timelines.

This seminar seeks to create a conversation between our panellists and attendees on all aspects of providing expert evidence.  It is suitable for any practitioner considering expert work, as well as seasoned professionals interested in learning new tips and contribute to the discussion.
