Development that relates to heritage places is a familiar theme across the planning framework. In particular, Queensland heritage register listings and their interpretation have drawn attention in a number of recent Planning and Environment Court decisions.
Join QELA for our first seminar of the year to hear about matters relating to heritage places - from the listing process all the way through to appeals in relation to heritage listed properties.
