Updates from the Bench: Developments in Practice, Procedure, and Case Law 

With restrictions in Queensland enabling much of our business to return to "normal", this seminar will provide an overview on the developments in practice and procedures within the Planning and Environment Court of Queensland and the Land Court of Queensland.

His Honour Judge Rackemann and His Honour Judge Jones will speak on the developments within the Planning and Environment Court, as well as providing updates on case law. 

President Kingham will discuss the implications of the Human Rights Act for mining objection hearings within the Land Court, and Member Stilgoe OAM will discuss the Land Court’s response to stakeholder feedback on the Court’s expert evidence process.
