QELA Annual General Meeting 2022

The Queensland Environmental Law Association Incorporated (QELA) invites all members to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting, to be held 5.30pm, 13 September 2022 in person or via live stream.

2. Confirmation of the minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2021
   1. Business arising from Annual General Meeting 2021
3. President’s Report
4. Treasurer’s report with presentation of the 2021-2022 Financial Statements.
   1. Presenting and receiving of the audited Financial Statements for the
      2021-2022 financial year.
5. Appointment of the Auditor for 2022-2023 financial year.
6. Appointment of the 2022-2023 Management Committee.
7. General Business
   1. Items from the floor for inclusion in agenda of next general meeting

All members and their guests are welcome to attend, however only current financial members are eligible to vote.
