Agriculture and GQAL - Virtual Seminar
The focus of this seminar is planning, technical and legal considerations in relation to the use and protection of Good Quality Agricultural Land.
Planning and agriculture, including different approaches to management of rural land in other states and countries, will be discussed by Greg Ovenden.
Phil Matthew will outline technical considerations associated with completing GQAL assessments.
"Overriding need" in the GQAL context and recent Court consideration in that respect will be reviewed by Keith Wylie.
