2022 QELA End Of Financial Year Function

As we approach the end of another financial year, QELA invites all members and colleagues to attend a networking seminar that explores current trends in Queensland's population and economic growth, and impacts this growth has had on the property market.

Interstate migration, insufficient housing supply, and interest rates have been headline topics for many months.  In this seminar, our expert speakers, Jon Norling and Tim Lawless, will reflect on the research and statistics before providing their insights on the financial year ahead.

Jon Norling will set the scene for the evening with an overview of the recent population and economic trends in Queensland and review the impacts of COVID-19. Tim Lawless will round off the seminar with a look at the Queensland property market over the past 12 months and his projections for the financial year ahead.
